I recently had my water pump, upper & lower radiator hoses, thermostat , serpentine belt replaced. Three weeks later the serpentine belt broke. 4:30 in the morning on my way to work. Tow truck company wouldn’t tow it till 7:00am when Longo opened. Lost a day of work as a result. My car got extremely hot by the time I was able to safely pull over when it broke. Had every warning light come on also. Hope this will not cause any negative effects on my car as a result in the future. Kayla Santos was a real help at getting my car back so I could get to work the next day!!. Longo has always been my go to dealer. Just hope I can depend on this belt and it’s installation this time.!!!
