Explained everything so well and even went as far as fixing some loose wires I saw when getting into my rav4. He took the time let me know-if it should happen again, I can bring it back in or I can do it myself. He patiently explained how, which was actually easy. Thank you for hiring Donavan. Mandi is an excellent service advisor and definitely an advocate for customers. She is always pleasant and I appreciate her looking out for my best interest. The check-in process, especially for Saturday morning appointments really need a kaizen review. This was my 2nd Saturday appointment within a month and the car line to the advisor desk is at least 30 cars deep. It takes nearly 30 min just to check my car in. It’s no fault of the advisors and it speaks volumes in the loyal customers bringing their cars into Longo service but there must be a better way? I don’t like to complain without having a good recommendation for change so I will think on it. Despite having to wait to check my car in and waiting 4hrs to get my car repaired, Mandi’s service and follow up will have me returning again. Thank you kindly!
