Eric was amazing. I truly appreciate how communicative he was with me throughout the process. Those updates restored my faith in Longo a bit. I was initially extremely upset because my car was towed and dropped off last Thursday with a service appointment scheduled the next day. With the issue, I didn’t expect to hear much Friday. Then nothing on Saturday. Closed Sunday. Finally, mid Monday I called to check the status and my car had never been checked in! I called the tow company to verify it was dropped off to the correct place and worried it was stolen. Finally over an hour later I got a call from Eric that they located my car. It was sitting there for 4 days, ignored and never checked. I was so upset. He was extremely empathetic and I trusted that he would make sure my car was taken care of. For the next 3 days he was very communicative letting me know what was wrong, what they needed to do and how much everything would be. He updated me daily when a part they needed didn’t come in that day or the next and when he left for the day he gave me a backup contact in case I needed it. His communication was so important since I no longer trusted longo because they neglected my car. He turned an upsetting situation into a less stressful one. Thank you Eric!

The ones who we’re bringing my vehicle to me, after the service was complete, were very slow. This was apparently due to a gps device they put in my car that was not functioning properly.

His service is very great and thank to him.

Service was great and Martin was very responsive and accessible during the time my vehicle was being serviced.

Job was not properly done the first time, had to take back car second time, then drive back for a 3rd time to pick up car. On a hot week, sat in traffic after work so I was not happy. To top it off atleast a courtesy car wash through the machine would of been nice, but nope.
