Asked service lights to be reset prior to car being taken in. When I picked the car back it was still on. Also it wasn’t washed. Complimentary washes aren’t happening unless I have to go the extra way? Finally, my coupon was rejected at first even though it’s company policy to allow coupons to be honored regardless of the location presented on the coupon itself. Very dissatisfied with yet another longo service.

I got there 2:oopm . My appointment 2:15. Lopez let me know I need pick up my car on 4 :00 around . But until 6 :35 I got my car !!!!!!! 4.5 house waiting. I can not believe ! !!!!!!!! Hope you guys give me a reasonable explanation. Thanks !

Overall it is satisfactory, but after the maintenance was done yesterday, the light of the engine inspection turned on this morning. I have done maintenance three times in Longo, and this problem has never occurred. I hope it can be resolved sooner.

The service manager and the quality of service is satisfying. The only thing I am not satisfied is the price of the car key. I cannot believe that a car key can cost me $350. The broken old key was received from Longo's used car dept in 2018 (and it was brand new at that time) when we purchased the CPO Rav4. How do I know if this new key will be broken again in 2 years? I am not confident with the quality of the key.
