I had an appointment last Saturday at 1:00 but was told that the service department was unable to complete the recall repair that day. I was given a rental car for two days and was told to pick up my car on the following Monday which was a huge inconvenience coming from Cypress. I didn’t understand why I was not contacted prior to coming for my appointment if the service department was backed up that. Better communication would be greatly appreciated since I am a long time loyal Longo Toyota customer.
