Roy was very helpful… he saw my car pulled up and recognized me from a previous time I took my car to get a flat tire fixed and he walked over to ask how I was doing and began helping me with the problem I had today. He got my paperwork ready and in a matter of minutes he had me on my way which was crucial because I had to be at work early that morning. Thanks Roy!

Because change oil take 3 hours?, is not right. When I called for appointment, from operator said : is not take to long, if you have appointment 730 or 800AM should be finish before 10AM. And realty when I brought my vehicle and doing with clerk (She) deal with me, she type at the computer estimate time until 1100AM. Is NOT Right and also I have doctor appointment at 1000AM. Make me UNHAPPY.
