However I was very disappointed that my vehicle was not even washed when I picked it up. After spending more than $800 I thought that would at the very least be included. I am seriously considering going to other Toyota dealerships that are closer to me to spend my money if that is how Longo treats loyal customers

Jeffrey was extremely helpful with answering all my questions regarding additional services I should get done. I also asked him about inquiring about getting a quote for one of my missing wheel hubs and he was very much willing to find that out for me. I’m glad that I encountered such a friendly and knowledgeable service attendant. Overall very happy with my visit to Longo Toyota :) My scheduled maintenance appointment took about 2 and 1/2 hours which is very fast in my opinion.
