Bought 4 tires and never road tested. When I was driving it there was a wiggle and the steering wheel was shimmering and found out it was the break. Should have they road tested they would have discovered the defect. They wasted my time going back. Quality supervisor should carry the load of responsibility.

Waiting more than 2 hrs from original estimated time, when car was delivered it was a mess inside all thinks from glove compartment was on my passenger seat also grease on my front windshield terrible experience I didn’t do a recall becoming they said it will take another 2 hrs. it took more than 2 hrs without the recall very very bad customer service if it’s my business I’ll give people refund terrible experience, after paid wait-for more than 30 minutes and when and ask about the status of the car and they didn’t have in the system, horrible regular service took more than 5 hrs. Very disappointed
