When asked about having my oil change fees waved, my service stated “no” he couldn’t wave the fees. However he can apply a $50.00 discount. I looked over my receipt, I received no discount. Otherwise, I am, so far, satisfied with the service in the vehicle.

I was not asked if I wanted a shuttle ride home. More bothersome than this; I was quoted $859.00 to replace rear struts and $139.00 to replace brake fluid. Called a local small tire/brake business whom quoted me $600.00 to replace the rear struts and $85.00 to replace the brake fluid. How can anyone trust a business that inflates car repair prices like this... not me.
