I’m so glad you offer the opportunity to leave survey comments because I have to tell you how refreshing it is to receive service from someone like Ethan, especially at an auto place. As a woman, it’s tiresome to have to go the patronizing comments and questions about my car when it comes to service. Ethan was professional, straightforward and kept me informed of the services my car would receive. I forgot my wallet in the car and before leaving, he called the valet without hesitation to help me retrieve it.
