The engine light problem was not addressed the first time. I had to come back on the same afternoon to complain about it. Had to left my truck at Longo 2nd night in a row so that more techs can figure out what is wrong with my truck. Should have address the first time.

I came in for a fluid top off and to get my tire looked at. Your tech said I need to replace my tire… so I did. You guys put on a completely different tire with completely different dimensions. Now my whole weekend was canceled plus your making me damage my car cause I have to drive it back to get the right tire put on!
you took 4 hours to TOP OFF fluids and put on a tire. Which you couldn’t do that correctly.
Now I need to come back in to be out a car for another 4 hours to do the job that should have been done CORRECTLY the first time.
I will need a rental car for the day cause I work during your service hours Monday-Friday, and have no way of getting dropped off/ picking up my car.
