Noli was very helpful. He offered me a service package deal to help save money. The main issue I had is that he told me that my vehicle would be ready by 5pm. I didn’t receive my car til approx 630pm. I saw my vehicle sitting out of the mechanic bay at approx 545pm. Nobody had contacted me to update me of the status of my vehicle. I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Longo ever since I purchased it there and this is the worst service I have received ever. I have never made appts but I also have never had to wait 6hrs.
