Very good experience even though I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for my service to be completed, I was able to get some work done at the same time and informed through out the process. It would be nice if you had a Longo app that showed you where are you in the queue instead of looking at the monitor.

I brought my car in to fix a leak in my tire. Whoever performed the service reset my trip meter, changed my air conditioning settings, and changed the setting of my headlights. It wasn't necessary to touch any of those devices to patch a leak.
