It’s certainly not her fault she was the best service coordinator at Longo I’ve ever had. This is my 3rd Camry and my husband is furious that Longo can’t figure out why the gas pedal has the snapping sound when I take my foot off the gas pedal. I told him my service representative and the technician expert said it’s characteristic of the 2020 Camry. He’s still not in agreement. Also, because I had a nail in side wall of one of my tires he wanted to know if you showed me. Because I had to deal with this criticism when I got home it’s made for a stressful experience.
