Martin was great helping me on the order write up. Excellent service from him! However, the mechanic didn’t do a good job cleaning up the new battery terminals. Both terminals were left with puddles of grease. I have to spending several minutes to wipe clean the terminals and battery surface when I got home.

The only thing that I would like to express is there was a substantial price difference between AutoNation Buena Park, Ca and Longo for the same oil change and inspection! After reviewing both work orders Longo was $179 to AutoNation’s $87. Some explanation should be in order!

Daniel Perez was very helpful also very kind attitude and faster service,Unfortunately during the service my Highlanders rear right got damaged where it was beyond repair due to sidewall been damaged and the material caused this tire damage was Allen Wrench tool, my tire was replaced but ws never match to same brand tire, my tire @ the rear was Yokohama with I replaced on a month ago, Longo Toyota replaced with Toyo tire, now my 2o17 highlander has 2 different brands tire, it was dealers fault and it should been replaced by Yokohama tire with it had on both rear,,,,,this made me very ????, with the service department, I want this to be corrected. The 4hr wait VS the promised (by telephone booking agent) 1hr was really bad.
Car not washed because of the skid plates on the roof rack.... That could have just been asked.
