in the last 3 month my gas mileed gone down.Not maintaining the 50miles per gallon My monitor green showed only 2 bar in the battery cells charged.I called Toyota headquater center to complain the problem.Because the battery cells still under 10 yr warranty. They opened case and advice my to bring my 2011 Toy prius to diagnose the battery.But Longo Toyota don't find nothing wrong with my battery cells and No charge 155.00 d However the service man can not explain why the LED monitor still indicated that only 2 bars instead 5 bars.My gas miled went down and my prius not maintain 50 miles per gallon like before. Finally, the Dealer did not resolve the Fault of my vehicle.

Bruce was wonderful and the operation was very professional, however, it took unusually long to rekey a bob. It took almost 4 hours and went over. I guess because my appointment was at 1:15 (I arrived at 1pm) and was told it would be done at 3, it wasn't done to almost 5pm. I figured they didn't even start on it till around 3. I think this should have been completed much, much sooner. I don't want to disparage bruce as it's not his fault and the people I dealt with but there is no way it took this long to fix. You were only using software to rekey a fob from my existing one and my new car.
