I was told one tire was worn and replacement was recommended. I asked for the wear on the other 3 tires and why 1 of 4 would wear more than the others, especially considering Longo is supposed to be rotating the tires every 5000 miles.
No answer was provided to either question. I concluded I will take my vehicle to a tire shop to be informed on what is leading to uneven tire wear.
