I took my car for only oil change and it took 2 hours to finished. I was the first one in the morning. It looks like the technician suggested more services but they didn’t communicate with me until I checked with customer service. At the end I did do only the oil change because of the time they were taking. Longo needs to communicate with the customer a soon they found something else to fix in cars.
