I came in on a Saturday morning a whole hour before opening because I knew this location gets busy and I was a walk-in. Upon arrival, I saw Noli was the first employee there and was already working. As one of the crew members cleaning the lot informed me on where to wait prior to open, I patiently waited for 7 to arrive. Noli actually took care of me at 6:23 am!! I was so shocked and grateful that he was willing to help before their opening time. Additionally, Noli was so efficient, kind, and answered all my questions as this was my first time getting service at this location. He also walked me through my process for my service this day and made sure to call me when my car was done. 2 thumbs up and a 5/5 star rating for Noli!
I am happy with my experience at longo Toyota and I will be reaching out to noli for all my service needs moving forward!
