He was great.but did not like when i went to pick up my car.didnt know had to check in.waited 15 mins then asked about my car girl said i had to go in another line to check out.waited in line with 15 people another 15 mins.then waited again.it was terrible.other people didnt know you had to check in not just me.you need to post signs.
