Your 126 diagnostic test that was unnecessary; is my issue. Pressure sales Is your line of business, I understand this; but disgusted by it.
My alarm needed a new battery. Replacing it would mean my alarm system needed to be reset. No one there told me this. Instead, I was given an appointment to return the following day to have tech reset alarm. I return as instructed and told a diagnostic test is *required? I said NO! Do not touch my car without telling me what the cost will be. No one there listened to me. ????????????

Jedediah was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. When he wasn't there handing things with my vehicle everything went down hill. He is a wonderful asset to LONGO. LONGO needs more Jedediah's. He was friendly, warm, competent and eager to get the right info to me. The only disappointing thing was having to pay for the wheel well liner which I believe was not fastened securely on my vehicle to begin with, causing it to fall off and damage a sensor. Outside of that nonsense,Jedediah was top notch along with Rob the service supervisor. I thank you guy (Rob & Jedediah) you really made my life a little easier.
