Had appointment for 10AM but was told that it wouldn't be finished after 1PM Just for oil change. With nice assistance manager Noli help & it finished by11. Unfortunately the paper work got lost or mishandling after Noli turned in.
I had to wait till 12 noon to leave Longo. It is very bad experience, especially I came from far & could have been done near by dealer. Only helpful person is Noli, and also all cashiers personnel. Thanks you for their help .
