First off I made an appointment to prevent any additional wait time, as I take my toddler with me everywhere...I get there check in and the gentleman sends me to wrong lane, waited for an advisor for 30 mins, then they tell me the wait time for oil change will be 2hours..What's the point of making an appointment and you're waiting just as long as walkin...it's ridiculous!
