My only concern was when my truck was finished I was told it would be out in just a second and a minute later I was told it would be a while because they are taking my truck for a " test drive" ! The truck was there for its 10k service which is an oil change and tire rotation! Didn't see the need to test drive my vehicle! When the truck finally showed up 15 mins later it had two additional miles on the speedometer and reeked like cologne and the radio station was changed! I felt this part of my experience was very unprofessional and my truck was taken on a joy ride! I will be mentioning this to the service advisor mananger should I return to longo in the future for service!

My tires were not rotated at the time of service. I was informed at the time of my tires purchased that the tires will be automatically rotated at the time of my 5K service.
Besides that I still feel Jimmie provided an excellence service compared to my other experiences.

It was a excellent experience. I was able to have my failed battery replaced without a service appointment on a Sunday. My car needed to be jumped started and Andrew (I believe is his name) without hesitation brought the needed equipment to do so. It was great 2 young porter ladies offered to push my car closer to the service station when it failed to start. Rene offered good advise to maintain the battery running well when my car is idled for longer periods. Again, great experience.

Happy with the service...somewhat long for waiting for only an oil change . Thought my car would be washed. Last time my car was washed after service. And another time it wasn't but got a voucher for a drink at Starbucks. Otherwise happy with Alec's explanation with my car's recommendations.
