No need to contact me. Noli Evangelista was nice, but when I asked him if he could help me get a certain display back on my dashboard he said to read my manuel because there were so many models he wasn't sure which one it was. I thought that was odd, because it seemed like he wanted to be graded highly since he mentioned that I would be getting a message from Toyota asking about my experience, more than once. The shuttle desk person booked me a ride when I just asked for what time they started shuttling, which I did not take. The pick up office personnel service was excellent.
