Kirk did an excellent job. My only issue is and they are minor as follows; 1. The clock wasn't reset. 2. The tire warning light was on and I didn't see it until 1/2 way home. 3. The car was returned not washed as promised. I'm sure Kirk was unaware of these because he would have made sure it was completed. None of these items would prevent me from returning to Longo and Kirk since my service has always been excellent. Thank you for allowing me to mention these small items.

Roy was great. You guys were way behind today. 20k service took almost 2 hours and I had a 7:45a appointment. All my wheels have scratches and chipped paint around the lug nut holes (that's a first) and my car wasn't washed. That's it.

Scheduling an appointment here is next to impossible. I had to wait 40 minutes just to drop my car off even though I had an appointment. It took closer to 6 hours for my car to be ready, when I went to pick it up the car was not ready. Even after I paid, I had to wait another 50 minutes for my car to be brought out. You guys seriously need to work on your system of communication, delivery, and how many cars you take appointments for. I do not plan to bring my car back for service here anymore. This is not the first time I've had this experience. Im going to start taking my car to Penske Toyota in West Covina.
