The noise is still there. Another sign comes on. In fact, the cracking noise is getting louder as I drive on the freeway upon slowing down, or when brakes, I wonder if they test drive it before deliver the Van back to me. I will need to bring it back very soon.

The new system you have for tracking cars has a few bugs. They couldn't find my car for at least 20 minutes. A minor inconvenience. Also, I picked my car yesterday and received a text message that it was ready for pick up this morning at around 10:30am. Growing pains as you adjust to your new system. I must say, I do appreciate the text updates. Finally, I've had many cars detailed by you over the years, this was the best detail ever. Great job.
