Jaime was very courteous and explained thoroughly what type of service my vehicle would be receiving. He offered to call after the service was completed. Comment has nothing to do with the service rep, but just a general comment. When I purchased the truck I was under the impression that I had three service vouchers for oil changes. I have come to find out that rotating tires and topping off fluids is considered a service and that it consumes one of the vouchers. I wish this was better explained and not promoted as something of value.

The service experience with Daniel Tieu and with the department is exceptionally great. He was courteous and quick to answer all my questions. The crew offered coffee & donut, very warmth & friendly. There are WIFI, newspaper and games for kids in the waiting room. Starbucks & Subway were on site. Daniel called me when my car was ready to pickup, ahead of scheduled time.
