Martin...he is always going above and beyond. Always prompt, courteous, and professional, he pays attention to the little details. My truck has some smudges from me hitting something on the freeway. Helped me buff out the marks. Things like this is why I recommend Martin. I have a 2016 lexus and service it at Longo as well and wish Martin could take care of me there like he takes care of me on the Toyota side.
