Ryan was great. Very nice. I just don't understand why it takes so long to tell me that nothing is wrong. I had an appointment at 10:45. I was told at about 3:30 they couldn't find anything wrong. Does it not matter if you have an appointment. Everything at Longo takes all day,even with an appointment. I'm getting a new car at Longo, but I will never service it there. Again nothing to do with Ryan, just Longo.

I received from beginning to end exceptional customer service.. When I got there I was a pressed for time and nervous since I had been told by a receptionist over the phone it would take longer than i could stay but I had to get my car the service it needed..but when I spoke to Matthew I was so happy when he told me my car would b ready by 2p and not 330 like I had been told. I honestly was even more suprised when 10 min to 2p they were calling me my car was ready!!!
