Johnson was very professional, fast and accurate. He greeted me and politely asked for a permission to inspect the car. With a quick check aroud my car he was able to see the problems. and then he invited me to his station where he explained some issues with my car and made some recommendation on fixing it. All this took only a few minutes. I really like his service! Thank you for the good service!

Johnson informed me over the phone that I should be able to pick up my car within 15 minutes. I then received a text correcting it to 20 minutes. I wasn't able to pick up my car until 40 minutes after receiving the text though.

Everything was going well until we call decor the shuttl. We call d at 3:00 pm and the shuttle came after 5!! We called around four and we're together or that traffic was bad. Do you only have one shuttle? If so, that's ridiculous. We couldn't even sp am to Rene Mendoza because I had called around 3:30 and he said wasn't available. It was already 5:40 when we got there to pick up our car and Rene wasn't around. Rene did a good job communicating with us and all. We spent over 1700.00 on maintenance and tires; we shouldv gotten a free rental car for the day!
