My experience at Longo was great! The lead mechanic David Lee came
out and explained what exactly happened to my vehicle. Gregg was great! He was very formative regarding my extended warranty and kept me up to date on my vechicle during the time my vehicle wa being fix. Great service customer service!

My tire has been requiring air on a monthly basis since Jan.i took it to longo and was told it was fine. AAA has checked my tires every month since then. I was told yesterday by longo that it was fine. So now I will record and take photos of the tire pressure. The tires of my brand new car must be defective.we will now record videos from now until it goes low again.i was told there is a slow leak by AAA. I hope to God I don't suffer a blowout. My husband is a police sergeant and has no need to fabricate this story. Toyota will be held accountable for all damages and injuries. It's a new car with low mileage.we are keeping all records and AAA statements of these tires.
