The most disappointed service exprience I had with Toyota. I made an appointment at 11:45 am and made it on time. However, I was informed that it will take at least a couple hours for tire replacement. Then whats the point of making an appointment??? Indeed, I tried to contact my service rep for many times bit with No success not even once. Completely lack of updates on my vehicle, and when I am back to the dealer at almost 5 pm, (which I absolutely gave enough time to finish up on my vehicle) my car was NOT still ready yet, and my service rep just went home without any single update. Absoulyely disappointed!!!! I finally picked up my vehicle at 6:30 pm (why did the earth make an appointment?????) And they just barely replaced the tires without cleaning any dust ot oils left on my wheel and tires. It was dirty as bad as mudded wheel and tires. I took a photos as well. The worst part is they didnt even seem installed my tires carefully and now i feel i need an alignment which it was absolitely fine whem i turn my car into the dealer. I will give 0.01 point out of 10. Ansolutely disappointed and the worst experience ever!!!!

Tire pressure light came on when I got home. Nothing was done about scratch on side of van that was created by service people. Had to ask for rebate form as it wasn't attached to my paperwork. Other than that.... I guess things were fine.
