Noe was great. However, my truck was placed in the carwash where it was never suppose to be and got scratch all over. Noe, said he would have the detail department resolve this issue. He also replaced the antenna due to the automatic carwash breaking it and messing up the front sensor, which he had replaced. He did a great job resolving these issues.

The service manager provided better service this time. However, three hours to replace an arm rest is ridiculous. What is the purpose of making an appointment if my car isn't going to be repaired upon arrival? Next issue I had was the driver side third row seat was having issues with the lever. All of a sudden it was working so they decided not to replace it but instead show me that it worked. Well if I brought it in the first time and it wasn't working then but now it's working, why not replace it so there isn't a future issue because obviously something isn't right. I think there just isn't enough technicians and so they do a lazy job. I also can't stand the fact that every time I get my car back it's on Spanish radio. Really? Three hours for an arm rest and no car wash. I can't stand longo toyota and for a company who prides themselves in customer satisfaction your service is horrible.
