I scheduled an appt for 75,000 service. I was told two hours to complete. I arrived 15 min early and was told car would be ready 3.5 hours later. I drive from Long Beach. Too far to get a shuttle home. Wait 3.5 hours for service that's 2 ? I was assured I'd be out by noon. Paid the Bill at 1230. It took an additional 27 minutes of waiting to receive my vehicle!!! Ridiculous. Excessive amount of time. I drove out at 1pm. I arrived at 930am. Very unhappy since I planned to be out by noon.
