The greeter was not listening, I told him that I had a appointment at 9:00, but he put me in the walk in lane, or as I like to call it the "no appointment lane". I had to wait 15 minutes and the lane isn't moving at all. Then I left the car and walked back to talk to him and said, "I have an appointment! I have Toyota Care, why did you put me in the walk in lane?" He was like he was day dreaming. At the end, he asked someone to direct me to the appointment lane, just such a terrible service.

I was told I had a flat tire and it wasn't fixable and i need a new tire for at least 200.00.My husband took the car to Tire Shop down the street from you. The tire had an small screw and there was no damage to the tire infact I didn't have to pay anything. I found your information was wrong and dishonest. We own 5 Toyota cars all already pay off and always loyal to the Toyota and you did a disservice to me because I went along and I am not a mechanic to know better. I truly hope you don't do this to other customers and ladies showing up along.
