No need to contact me. I had a 9:00 appointment for 1 hour service. I got there at 8:59. I told the person in the small drive up booth that I had an appointment for 1 hour service. He sent me to a long line and said it should move quickly. At 9:27 I finally met Steve. I told him I had a 9;00 appointment for 1 hour service. He said nothing about when I should expect my car to be ready. He instead asked me how my weekend was and if I went to any parties. I got a text at 10:33 saying my car was ready. No mention by anyone about why the 1 hour appointment didn't work. Oddly, I got a text around 12:25 saying my car was ready. If a one hour appointment for service is made, I think it should be honored.
