Waiting time for paperwork took almost 2 hours to be completed. My wife lost 3 hours of work time just waiting there. I got a phone call from advisor about truck service was completed just waiting for paperwork that took forever. I was not advice that truck was return back to service for another driving inspection.

Today was a long day for me and my parents. We went in at 10am and left at 4:30pm. But Longo Toyota made it a good day for us with friendly staff and complementary drinks and snacks. I even received a free rental since my bill came out to 955.51. So I took my parents out to eat and come back to Longo Toyota and did some shopping for my dads car accessories. All in all it was a good little outing for us. Oh and the car was really nicely fixed. No more break sounds and shuttering when I pressed on the break while driving on the freeway. From start to finish we enjoyed Longo Toyota. Thank you to the guy who gave out free donut and granola bars from the entry, Johnson Wu, the cashier at the accessories department, Andrew and Justin at Enterprise, and the pick up area staff including the new girl. You guys are all awsome! Always a pleasure to be at Longo Toyota and actually buying cars from there for 28 years! All of our family cars were bought and leased from Longo Toyota. Love it!

Alex was great, service was awesome. However, I thought car would be washed before returning (it wasn't) and during work on the car the mechanic left a lot of smudges on the interior of the windshield.
