I was actually disappointed for the 2nd time! The first time being when I took my car in to have the paint and leather protection package that I purchased, and it was returned with several spots that had be sprayed with some liquid, but failed to wipe off, and ended up leaving marks.
Then when I took my car in this time for the 5000 mile service, plus to have the AC serviced, everything seem d o b foing well, and on track forbthe 12pm pick up...and via the text messages, it would be ready on time by 12pm, and if not, I would receive a phone call. Imagine my shock when I showed up at 2PM to pick up my car, and not only was it not ready, but NO ONE KNEW ANY UPDATES! It wasn't ready for pick up until after 3pm. Then, to add insult to injury, when doing the final paperwork, they wanted to charge me, even though the service was covered under warranty. I can truly say that this is definitely not the thpe of horrible service I expect from Longo, and I don't know that I will be returning to longo for future service if she this is the tupe of customer care I can expect.
