David was helpful but longo toyota service department disappointed me. I wanted them to check my transmission fluid level (known to be low out of the factory). And with me knowing toyotacare covers it "inspect & service fluid levels" they declined to check my trucks transmission level even after I told them I wouldn't mind leaving the truck overnight. They were concerned out how the technicians was going to get paid for that service. When other dealers throughout socal is helping tacoma owners with their transmission fluid problems. I am definitely going to try and get in contact with corporate to help me out. My email :
