On the phone I had asked for the service providers to check my sun visor and it was not checked. Also he did not complete an outside vehicle inspection, so when I recieved the car I saw scratches then I hadn't seen before. I am not say they were done at Longo but was surprised to see them after. From what I remember a page is provided showing dings and other noticeable imperfections.

Albert Lopez was great! Superb service! But when I got my car after it was serviced, I realized that whoever serviced my car Had gone through my center consul, my glove compartment box both of them and left a mess. in addition to this there was some on my items that were in my center consul left on my passenger seat, my locks for my rims were in my glove compartment and that's not where I had them. All in all Albert's service was phenomenal, but whoever serviced my car again was very messy! !!!
