Jedidiah was very professional, patient and offered amazing customer service. I've been going to Longo's service center for over 16 years and though I've been very pleased with the service from Tom Ryan, I'm very thankful that Jedidiah was extremely good as well. He is extremely patient and thoroughly explained everything to me until I understood. He also was able to put my mind at ease after a poor experience earlier this week with a different tire shop. Overall, I left feeling much better and with great confidence that my car is in excellent condition. His level of commitment to me, his customer, is well above and beyond expectations.
