Daniel was very attentive and courteous. He called me right away when the car was ready to be picked up. I couldn't reach the shuttle front desk on the phone, so he connected me directly to the front desk and they were able to help me without further wait. I also want to say that the shuttle drivers, Julia (dropping me off at my location) and Andrew (picking me up from my location) were super courteous and professional. They are really cool people and I enjoyed our conversation in the car very much. Another thing is that the text update is really useful. I actually know the ETA time of my shuttle arrival is. Overall, my experience with Daniel and the whole Longo team was above my expectation. I hope to come back more often for my service. Thank you very much, (and the car wash!) -YU L

Andrew was very knowledgeable as well as listened to the. Once en that ibhad on my vehicle he was also able to look into my account to find that what I was promised on the day of purchase was not included will need to follow up on this with Toyota sales. Andrew provided me great customer service as well as reassurance that my car was going to be looked in depgth to see what the clicking noise was in the steering wheel and what was wrong with the touch screen. For pick up, this is where something went wrong I checked in with reception he had me sign as usual and went out to wait for my car to be brought out well I was their for a good 30 minutes . Watching as those who were coming in to check out were receiving their cars before me. I then went up to speck to the gentlemen in the podium with an iPad and asked if I needed to check in once again to receive my vehicle he said no i then said is their something wrong with my car because I have been waiting for 30 minutes said no and typed something in to his iPad I then had to wait 10 more minutes until my car was handed over to me. Besides that I had a great experience with longo

I was told on Friday that the part needed would come in Saturday. Saturday at 10 am I was told the part was on back order for 3-5 days. I had to get my car back unfixed from longo. I am still waiting to hear if the part has come in and it's Tuesday.

Told issue was with the gas cap and must not have been secured properly. Told technician I've put the cap on the same way since I bought the car with no problem. He said that I need to make sure the cap clicks 3 times. Next fill-up I put the cap on and realized that it only clicks once, not 3 times. I paid over 60 for something that should have been covered under warranty (and frustrated that technician made it sound like it was my fault for not ensuring cap clicked 3 times when securing, to find out it will only click once).

The overall experience was more than good, the only setback was dropping off the vehicle at the service station. Upon pulling into the service spot, I was greeted by a female service writer and was told to pull my vehicle to the very start of the line and someone will be with me shortly. That "shortly" was over 10 minutes long. While standing there, I could see some employees walking pass me and some at their stations but no one offered to help. Other than that everything was on point.
