Ryan was very helpful and made an effort to find out why you have removed your hydrogen fuel service, he made extra effort to improve the rest of the service.

It took over 2 hours to determine they did not have two headlight bulbs for my 2007 Avalon. I had a 9:45 appointment arrived at 9:15 completed paperwork at 9:40. I was not informed of the lightbulb problem until 12 o'clock. That is unreasonable.

Raised concerns about a tire repair longo attempted sometime back..tire was plugged in wrong location and the leak is so close to the repair it has been deemed un repairable leaving me with no spare tire..Alex advised a new tire would need to be purchased..I this case if the technician would have repaired the tire properly this would be a non issue and I would have a safe spare tire..
