I already completed and I was very happy with Bruce. But today Ruby didn't answer her phone and it went to voicemail twice. Not once with Bruce did it go to voicemail. Ruby told me my car would take 1 hour but instead it took over 2 hrs I came in today on an emergency for a battery and Ruby told me me by 9:39 but I didn't get out till 11:19 or 11:20 am.
