I've brought my car for regular maintenance service but was never satisfied with the service manager. It seems that they don't care. On 5/10 mr. Roy Wu was very detail with any current issue with my Scion TC. Nobody had even mentioned about my tire pressure issue until Roy told us about it. The fact that the car was being service at the same fascility every 3 months. I felt confident with his suggestions. Roy has the human touch when dealing with customer. He cares about the safety hazard and was constantly updating us with the status of the car. I told him that next visit I'll schedule an appointment with him knowing that we'll be taken of. Thank you Roy.
