I have over 345000 miles on my Prius. I take it regularly to Longo every 5000 miles. This weekend experience was very upsetting. I arrived at Longo at 7:30am on Sunday. I was told that there was a shortage of technician so the wait will be longer. Vince however showed me the appointment list which was zero so he said he my car may be ready by 12pm instead of 2pm. I was upset that at the timeframe as I have dropped off my car many times when even when there was a shortage of technician and have gotten my car within 3 hrs. Anyway I decided to leave my car with Vince. At 10:30am Vince came to me and told me my car won't be ready until 2 pm and furthermore told me that technician hasn't even started to work on it. I was very upset to hear the news and decided not to wait any longer and decided to get my car back. In my opinion of all the days of the week I believe the weekends is the best time most people get their cars serviced. So I was disappointed that Longo doesn't prepare and coordinate technicians so that there are enough of them on weekends

Alex was super attentive and provided and excellent customer service. He also got me out of the place in a very reasonable time, considering I did not have an appointment. Every Longo employee I encountered we'e all very polite and had a smile on their faces. That's an excellent demonstration of good customer services.

Not happy with service. I was told I need a light for my license plate and it works fine. This makes me think how many things I was told need to be worked on and it was fine. I have over 235,000 miles on my truck this is upsetting
