I am wondering that why someone lose the
Shift Lever head and didn't screw tight it back to the
factory recommended position during the service?

Melissa Ozuna was extremely satisfactory. She greated us kindly and explained the process thoroughly. We explained to her we had other plans and was hoping to get out quick and she informed us the max wait time was 2 hours on a busy saturday. She assured us she would get us out as quickly as possible since they were fully staffed and all her cars so far in for basic service were out within an hour. She was right! our car was out exactly at her predicted time.

Kirks service was great as usual. The communication with the mechanic was less than satisfactory. It was hard to understand what he was saying and a repair I did not authorize was performed. I take that it was necessary for the alignment of the car and the new tires, but I did not know if the up charge was for the front strut installation or the rack and pinion tie rod end? I did not authorize the tie rod end and thought the charge was for the strut installation. Therefore the bill was larger than I was quoted and had expected.
