I always have great trust and satisfaction with every visit from Longo on both cars. Always welcomed and appreciated by longo employees. Pleased with the amenities provided for us clients especially the donuts, coffee and free carwash. But today’s visit is surprisingly interesting. It’s the usual longo routine but Mr. Jedediah Kerkhoff is great in handling customers. Very straight, honest, friendly, informative and professional. The best customer service for me at longo so far. He followed up on the work done, explained details and completed my car’s work time 30 mins early than stated. He is very accommodating with every questions and concerns I had. So much so that I requested him to take care of my husband’s car service tomorrow. He can do his job without being told what to do. That’s really awesome experience. Hope to have more associates like him although most longo employees are always friendly and helpful. Good training Longo! More power!
