Longo Toyota, very disappointed with their service. Came to their center 4 times for the same problem and still wasn’t able to fix the problem. Each time I went they made me pay even more money for the same parts the apparently fixed the last time. I have paid more than $4000 just to fix my car with them, and I went to my local mechanic and he fixed the problem in one time with little charge. I can’t belive how horrible their service was. I will never be going to them to service my car again. So disappointed with them. Can’t believe I wasted that much money. Every time they came up with another excuse to get money out of me and never fixed the actual problem

When I make the appointment no one was informed that I need wait 3 hrs to be complete a 5000 service and 15 minutes to take my car in the entrance of service advisor.

The service advisor never offer to me the coupon available on line for 5000 service.
I need look for that and then he move the price down. This is not a honest actitud with a frecuent customer and owner of 3 car in home from Longo Toyota.

The service advisor contact me a 11:11 and tell me that "your car is ready" and said: "we working in the paper work" At 11:55 I was called to pay my bill.
